Terms of Service
Effective date: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gracefully Truthful partner platform (the “Service”), operated by Gracefully Truthful Ministries (“Gracefully Truthful,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is a private workspace for invited volunteers and staff of Gracefully Truthful Ministries. You must be invited or approved to use it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or its systems without authorization;
- Upload or share content that infringes others' rights or that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate to the ministry's purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
3. Content ownership and your rights
Content you submit or create through the Service — including studies, written material, graphics, and other contributions (collectively, “Submitted Content”) — remains the property of Gracefully Truthful Ministries. By submitting content, you assign to Gracefully Truthful Ministries all right, title, and interest in that content, and you grant us the right to host, store, edit, publish, display, and distribute it as part of the ministry's work.
As a contributor, you may re-publish your Submitted Content, whether online or in printed form, provided that you also include a link to the original version of that content on gracefullytruthful.com.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit or import, including documents you import from third-party services such as Google Drive.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our handling of data obtained through those integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Gracefully Truthful and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gracefully Truthful and its volunteers and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request that your account be closed.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
